Hockey Stick LLC ("Hockey Stick", "we") runs hockeystickstudio.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you run a Leverage Audit: your company website, team size, the areas you pick, anything you type in the optional note, your email, and your survey answers. When you book a call: what you enter in the booking form, which Calendly collects for us.
- Your company's public website. To write your audit we read a few public pages of the website you give us.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location, through PostHog analytics and the Meta pixel. We use first-party cookies and local storage for this and to remember your theme.
How we use it
- To write and email your audit, and to follow up about it.
- To send you occasional emails about company brains and AI agents. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To prepare for and hold calls you book.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to measure our ads.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who processes it
We use a small set of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (writes the audit from your answers and your website's public text), Resend (email), Attio (our CRM), Calendly (scheduling), PostHog (analytics) and Meta (ad measurement). Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Audit records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of follow-up emails, by emailing michael@ryevalley.co. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
