How much does this cost?

How long does it take?

What do you need from us?
Access to the tools the brain reads, like your calendar and Slack, and one person who can answer questions during the build. Day to day, your team keeps working the way it does now.
Do we have to switch tools?
No. The feeds connect to what you already use, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, your CRM and your meeting recorder.
Can't I just build this with ChatGPT?
You can build a chatbot. The hard part is the plumbing underneath it: feeds that keep the brain current and an agent wired into the tools you already use. That's what dies as a side project, and it's what we build.
What can the agent do on its own?
The work you hand it, with write access to do it. A short ask-first list covers anything hard to undo, like deleting files, moving money or messaging people outside your company.
Do I have to keep paying after the build?
No. Once the build's paid for, it's yours. We can keep adding jobs and improving it every month if you want us to.
Where does it run?
On a machine your company owns: usually a cloud server in your own account, which costs under $10/mo, or a Mac in your office. We set it up, then keep it running for you or hand it to your team. We cover every cost of the build, AI included. Once it's live, the AI it runs on bills to your own account.
Who owns it, and is my data safe?
You own all of it, and it stays yours if we stop working together. It runs on machines you control, and we only see what you give us access to.
